Kenya safari specialist and its agent act as agents of passengers in all matters relating to tours. The company's liability to our clients is dictated by the laws of the country. However the company accepts no liability for a client's illness, injury, delay, loss or damage of luggage. Every effort will be made to adhere to the itinerary but where we see fit alterations might be made.

Tour Alteration's

The Company reserves the right to alter prior arrangements of the route or to cancel the operation of a scheduled tour should conditions necessitate. It also reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which event an equitable amount will be refunded.


A deposit of 40% is required on booking our services, the balance is to be paid 30 days before commencement of the tour. Payment in full is required where bookings are made less than 30 days before the tour begins. The deposit may be forfeited in case of cancellations and amendments this is because of the strict terms the hotels and lodges apply.


In case of a cancellation, cancellation fees shall be applied as follows:

60 to 30 Days amounts to 30% of the total cost of Services.

29 to 15 Days amounts to 50% of the total cost of Services.

14 to 0 days amounts to 100% of the total cost of Services.

If the client cuts short the safari no refund.

No show amounts to No refund.


All travel adventures involve an element of personal risk and can be of hazardous nature. All participant are advised to take an insurance policy to cation themselves against any unfortunate eventuality.
